(Ideally? Sure. But not everyone has that luxury. Too many of us just pursue a career that pleases our parents. Or, we kind of fall into a “job” that pays the bills, and our families rely on us to bring home a paycheck. But definitely our leisure time is our own, and we have to take enjoyment as we see fit. Carol doesn’t understand it, but I actually like mowing the lawn! I enjoy the sense of accomplishment, and the physicality of the work kind of grounds me.
