Maybe David L. Hoyt will keep this in mind for another Jumble, Larry! — YUR
I get to hear Groucho Marx Saturday nights on an old-time radio show. I used to watching him on TV during my youth, but at that time I didn’t appreciate how quick-witted he was.
I understand now why Bill Cosby wanted the show after Groucho was gone.
Ah! I see you are a woman of few words, Ms. Scanlon. Just out of curiosity, what’s the accepted nickname for Philomena? I’ve never had the pleasure of knowing someone with that name before. — YUR
It was actually a little before my time, lwc, but I’ve seen numerous clips from the show over the years. And, I’m a big fan of the Marx Brothers movies! — YUR
Hey I’ve just seen this – sorry – Phil or Mena is fine. 🙂 🙂
