Clue/Question: After seeing that his houseboat had been wrecked in the storm, his – – –

Answer: HEART SANK
(THAT is a real bummer! It’s one of the main reasons why I don’t want a house on the beach/shore, or even along a river. Storms and floods can take it all away from you. I’m a confirmed mountain lake man. Much safer, generally, at least in my mind.
All of the clue words are already on the ralis95 clue word database. The jumble “finsf” has definitely been used in the past. The other three appear to be . . . new. I thought “eegula” was fairly challenging. The answer letter layout may have been the best jumble of the day. I found there to be nothing obvious about it.
Great cartoon! Even thought there is clear devastation, it shows the calm after the storm. The sailboat on the horizon is NOT sinking this time! Although, the tilted mast of the sunken sailboat, in the harbor, does kind of hint at the classic version. Overall, a very satisfying Jumble. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
