Cryptoquote Spoiler – 09/04/19

(Unfortunately, newspapers seem to be going the way of the dinosaur!  Readership is way down because so many people would rather read the news on their electronic hand-held devices, instead of dealing with newsprint and ink.  So many of the remaining newspapers have had to cut way back on their staff, and boy does it show!  Spell-check is a poor substitute for a real human proof reader.  Every day I shake my head in disappointment.

But, this appears to be our first “Bugs” quotation, since I’ve been posting these spoilers.  So, we welcome the one-time great newspaper man to the Cryptoquote Club.  Today’s quote was a fairly tough solve.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
