Clue/Question: She was transferring to their London office, so they wanted her to – – –
Answer: GET A MOVE ON
(That’s probably what some of you guys have been thinking. C’mon, Unc! Get a move on! Post the darn spoilers already! LOL! Sorry, guys. Just one of those days, I guess.
All of today’s clue words are current residents of the ralis95 clue word database. Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, with “latve” having definitely been used before. The answer letter layout was a worthy ten letter jumble. It disguised the final answer admirably.
Nice New York City office scene cartoon. That definitely looks like the Empire State Building out the window. It would be tough for me to give up a view like that! Maybe the guys can do a relocation Jumble of the exec when she arrives in jolly olde London. They’ll have to think up a pun that relates to a relocation/arrival. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Not much to say about the Jumble. I admit I had a delay with “valet” but the rest was easy. Peter, Paul, and Mary were my favorite folk group. I was lucky to see them perform in nearby Utica, NY in 2008 as they were not doing many shows due to Mary Travers’ health. She died the next year. Although Pete Seeger wrote “Where Have All the Flowers Gone” and it was performed by many artists, I first heard it on the radio by PP&M and it expressed my thoughts about war better than anything else. I grew up during the Vietnam war and it became my theme. I was going to be drafted in 1971 but joined the Air Force to avoid the Army.
