Clue/Question:  A new air conditioner cost more than they’d planned for, but they were – – –

Answer:  COOL WITH THAT

(Dey cool like dat!  This couple looks like they could be aging hippies.  But, ideology eventually gives into . . . creature comforts.  It kinda comes with age, folks.  And, who knows?  They could even be Republicans, now!

Today’s clue words are all members of the establishment, man!  Nothing new, or radical, about them.  Two of the jumbles appear to be more progressive, with “banci” and “gutohh” having definitely been used before.  The answer letter layout was a profound twelve letter jumble.  It disguised the final answer excellently.

Great suburban setting cartoon.  Looks like the old unit has seen better days.  If you can look very closely at the repairman’s hat – I had to use a magnifying glass – you can see a little penguin on it!  Very cute!  Did you guys catch my little send-up, in the Visual Description???   Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
