Clue/Question:  The branch didn’t work for building their nest, but the birds weren’t going to – – –

Answer:  DWELL ON IT

(Or in it, for that matter.  A swell pun.  I think the L.A. Times Crossword Puzzle had “dwell” as an answer word just the other day.  I’m sure that someone picked up on that as well!  I always enjoy a pleasant coincidence, which this was.  I don’t like fishy coincidences though.

We actually have a brand new clue word today, in “extort”.  Our good old friend, ralis95, is going to have to update his world famous clue word database once again.  Three of the jumbles appear to be new, with “vonle” having definitely been used before.    The answer letter layout was a splendid nine letter jumble.  It hid the answer very well.

Cute cartoon of some dove-like birds in a tree.  That nest is most definitely a mess!  They could probably fix it up though, if they wanted to put in the time and effort.  You need a good foundation though.  And, that branch joint might not’ve been all that stable.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
