Answer:  OUTER SPACIOUS

(THIS I consider a real pun.  And, a stinky one at that!  We actually have another new clue word today, in “skier”.  Another entry in the ralis95 clue word database!  It was the one clue word that gave me a little trouble.  Two of the other jumbles seem to be new, but we have definitely seen “poltep” before.  The answer letter layout is a marvelously cryptic jumble.  I don’t think it gave anything away.  At first, I thought the first word was going to be SPACE.  But, the letters SOIRTOUU changed my mind in a hurry.  It did help me see the IOUS of SPACIOUS.  And, the OUT in OUTTER.  Great cartoon of Carl Sagan!  He was such an inspiration to at least millions and millions of astronomy fans.  If not BILLIONS and BILLIONS Don’t be afraid to reach for the stars, folks.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

  1. I’m a little behind on my Jumbles – this in the Toronto Star brought home from a trip to Canada. I had stars as the first word so I was stuck beyond repair! Thank you!
