Answer:  AIR HORSE ONE

(Sniff, sniff, sniff!  E-eww, yeah!  That is one stinky pun!  Much worse than horse manure.  I wouldn’t be surprised though if this threw . . . a few . . . of you.  Hey!  Guess what?  Until today, the Jumble has NEVER before used the word “heaven” as a clue word!  It’s true.  Unless it was somehow omitted from the more recent ralis95 clue word databases.  We’ve seen “byred” before as a jumble, but the other three seem to be new jumbles.  The answer letter layout was a thing of beauty.  I don’t think it gave anything away.  Fun cartoon of Teddy Roosevelt reliving his Rough Rider days!  Great Jumble.  It gave us a little of everything.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

If someone’s dumb enough to offer me a million dollars to make a picture, I’m certainly not dumb enough to turn it down.”   —   Elizabeth Taylor

(I bet she said this some time in the 1960s!  Well, maybe early 1970s.  It reminds me of the Dr. Evil ransom demands in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.  A believable demand in the early Bond movies, but played for laughs in the Mike Myers movie.  Remember when a million dollars was . . . a MILLION DOLLARS?  With all the government talk of Billions and Trillions of dollars, a million bucks comes off nowadays as relative pocket change.  Where did we go wrong???  Oh, well.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
