(A marvelous, springtime Jumble pun!  I wouldn’t exactly say it’s a stinky pun though.  The dirt has a nice earthy smell, and even though fresh cut grass smells good, uncut grass does not stink.  This is a very good literal/ figurative pun.  My lawn has gone . . . to crap.  It is pretty old though.  If I really cared I’d buy some sod.

All four clue words are on the ralis95 clue word database.  Two of the jumbles are coming up as new, but we’ve definitely seen both “LABOCT” and “SAGNIS” in previous Jumbles.  No toughies today.  The answer letter layout was a terse ten letter jumble.  Deftly cryptic.  The two five-letter final answer slots made for a quick solve.
