(I’m sure ol’ Jimmy is nibblin’ on some sponge cake, and sipping a margarita right about now. That is, of course, assuming he’s finally found that lost shaker of salt. He left us just about eight months ago, due to a rare and aggressive form of skin cancer. Considering he was worth about $1Billion, he was very young, dying at only 76.
