“Great individuals, not great organization men, make a college or university great.” — Harold W. Dodds
(I struggled to get this one started. Even though the “P” appeared to be either the “A”, or the “I”, I was worried that it might be one of those weird spacing things, and it could have been part of the “GJQQFMF” on the next line. I thought the repeated word might be POWER or HUMAN, but couldn’t do anything with those. The two big words were real posers, until I figured out COLLEGE and GREAT. And, I never got Harold’s middle initial. I had to Google that. He was a long time President of Princeton University, which definitely explains the quote. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Very hard getting a toehold today, UR! The repeated “A” in the second word, I figured, had to be either E, C, or I … of course I tried I last. Apparently Prof. Dodds was in collusion with HUAC, and had a very narrow view of who would qualify as “great individuals.”
Oooh! That ain’t cool, roy. Thanks for the info! — YUR
