Answer: SWEET SPOT
(An excellent Monday morning Jumble pun! Coincides nicely with tonight’s Home Run Derby, at 8 P.M. ET, on ESPN! No Yankees this year, because they’re on a mission. The Mets are allowing Pete Alonso to participate, because their season has become a roaring dumpster fire! The derby is pure spectacle, and just an exhibition. But, of course, there are betting odds on the participants. Gambling junkies will bet on just about anything.
Nothing for ralis95 to do today. Unless he missed yesterday’s “manure” he can leave his world famous clue word database as is. Two of the jumbles appear to be new, but we’ve seen both “riwtl” and “psooep” sometime before. The answer letter layout was a great nine letter jumble. It hid the final answer nicely.
Great cartoon of a children’s birthday party celebration. The closest thing to a piñata when I was a kid was pin the tail on the donkey! Nowadays they are extremely common. Much more rewarding for all involved, too. And, I guess piñatas would be appropriate for LGBT events as well! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
