(Golf is a game in which the ball lies poorly and the players well.   —   Art Rosenbaum  Of course you can cheat on the tee, in the traps, or on the green, but there you are much more exposed.  Balls intended for that large expanse known as the fairway can seemingly appear out of thin air, from time to time.  Proving that miracles do happen . . . from time to time.  Yes, all’s fair in love and war . . . and, in getting back on to the fairway.
