Answer:  A PRISON BREAK

(Alcatraz is run by the National Parks Service, so, unless California did like New York did with the Statue of Liberty, it’s closed!  There was a revised proposal from the House Republicans today, that sounded reasonable, at first.  It said that the President, Senators, Representatives and all their staffs should be forced to sign on to the Affordable Care Act, without the subsidies that small businesses and poorer people are entitled to.  Sounds reasonable to me.  No one deserves any kind of sweetheart deal, and from what I’ve heard, they do have a great package, that I don’t think they pay for.  I don’t know if this was the part that caused it to be voted down, but they also wanted to extend the Debt Ceiling only until December 15, instead of the Senate’s February 2014.  I think that was the bigger sticking point.  They also wanted to delay a tax on medical devices, but I think they dropped that from the revision, so that shouldn’t have held things up.  If they really want to end this they should all be threatened with a financial investigation.  Any House, or Senate, member who shorts the market, or who’s invested in a hedge fund that benefits from a Wall Street downturn due to this shutdown, should face sanctions, and possibly charges . . . of treason.  Say what you will.  Guys like Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden – love ’em or loathe ’em – are merely ideologues.  They believed that what they did was out of love . . . for the idea of their country.  And, they didn’t profit from it.  But, if any of these legislative clowns – Democrat or Republican – are making money off of our country’s pain, then these traitors need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law.  Be well, be vigilant and do good, friends.)   —  YUR
