Visual Description: Right before the graffiti arrest!
TOMHN = MONTH, ETONK = TOKEN, LAWPOL = WALLOP, SPITYG = PIGSTY — Giving us: NTHTENWAOPIT
Clue/Question: After finally finishing the mural, the artist wanted to do this.
Answer: PAINT THE TOWN
(If this were the Sunday Jumble maybe they would have squeezed in the word RED! This looks like something that might actually be. Is this the latest, and greatest, Chicago tourist attraction, guys??? I’d pose for a vacation snapshot, standing in front of it!
None of today’s clue words are new, but they were all jumbled very well! I usually have no problem with the five letter jumbles, but both “month” and especially “token” required thought. “Wallop” came easily to me, but I had to think to get “pigsty”. Those compound words always trip me up a little. I really enjoyed the answer letter layout, too. Nothing about it was obvious! I really hope that this mural exists, or is slated to exist. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
