Clue/Question: After his unsuccessful attempt to steal second, the player was this.
Answer: DOWN AND OUT
(Very nice! Can’t go wrong with baseball themed Jumbles, in my book. No new clue words, today. Jumbling was fine, but I didn’t have too much trouble with any of them. Except, maybe “aurora”. I suspected it, doubted I was spelling it right, looked at the cartoon/question, then knew I was right. The answer letter layout didn’t give anything away, but it was a little unusual to see all consonants followed by all vowels. I know at least one person who sets up his answer letters this way, when he’s having difficulty in solving the answer. Hmm. It’s kinda hard for me to say whether this helped me, in getting the answer, or not. Hmm. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
