Answer:  COUPLE OF COUPLES

(Cute, nondenominational Sunday Jumble!  Kind of the “Happy Holidays” version of this season.  We can’t just single out those of the Christian faith, when both Jews and Muslims are also celebrating holidays on this day, week and month.  It does seem to be a rarity for all three holidays:  Ramadan, Passover, and Easter to coincide like this.  I think I heard it happens about three times every hundred years.  I’m pretty sure that Passover and Easter are a little more inline.  Ramadan seems to be more of the wildcard.  It can take place even in the Summer.  Any excuse for the family to get together for a nice meal is alright by me.

All six of today’s clue words are inline with the ralis95 world famous clue word database!  Five of the jumbles appear to be new, with only “costek” having definitely been used before.  They all came to me immediately.  The answer letter layout was a fantastic fifteen letter jumble.  Admirably cryptic.  The dialog words: double, pair, and two, along with the word four in the clue/question helped make for the quick solve.

Nice to see that both of the women in today’s cartoon look happy!  I wasn’t aware that David L. Hoyt moonlights as a waiter on the weekends!  I liked the tiny couple on the beach, and of course the teeny classic sinking sailboat on the horizon.  We were all set to go out for an Easter dinner, but it turns out our daughter will be cooking.  Whichever holiday you may be celebrating, or maybe even none at all, enjoy your Sunday, folks.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

  1. That blessed jumble is very provocative. I’m sure it’s good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If your daughter prepared lunch, what better way to enjoy this Happy Easter as a family. It would be quite a family event that you are enjoying. A big hug and the best for you and your family.

  2. I hope you had joyous Easter 🐣 Sunday Unc! Yesterday I learned that JJ knows how to draw ✍️ a happy woman 👩! I know, it’s been a while 🕰️ but worth the wait. I’m hoping 🙏 that this “new” character sticks and we see more smiling, happy people 😃 holding hands 🙌.

Speaking of smiling happy people, the 🤡 over there cracked 11 smiles y’day with 5 coming from their top comedienne 🙋🏻‍♀️. Looks like her Covid 🦠 is finally over! Praise the Lord! And Tk you all! 😷

Well, Holy Week 🙏 is officially over ✔️. It was fun while it lasted but now on to our normal everyday Bull💩. Can’t wait! 👿 Spring is in the air this week as the 💐 are blooming and the grass is greener! Nothing turns a young man’s fancy 🍆 💦 like Spring!

    Love 🌺,
