“Forgive others, not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.” — Jonathan Lockwood Huie
(A great sentiment! The only question I have though is do you verbally forgive the offending party, face to face or over the phone, or is this forgiveness done better in your head and maybe to a few who know of the offense. Sometimes the offender thinks they’ve done nothing wrong, and will feel insulted by your forgiving them. So, I guess if the offender is showing some kind of remorse then you can do it out loud and face to face. But if they don’t it’s probably better to forgive them in your head and your heart only. This is our first quote from the “The Philosopher of Happiness”. So, we welcome Jonathan Lockwood Huie to the Cryptoquote Club today. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
