PS.  The real guy next to Charlie Brown, was Peter Robbins, who was the voice of Charlie Brown in those early specials.  I’m just finding out that he died almost a year ago, January 18, 2022, as a result of suicide.  After his child-star years he led a very rocky life.  Very sad.   —   YUR

(A childhood favorite of mine!  I’m pretty sure this was one of Linus’ lines.  He was a very sincere little boy.  And, other than Charlie Brown’s sister, Sally, no one bought into Linus’ story of The Great Pumpkin.  I haven’t watched it in years though.  I don’t remember the point of Linus’ blind faith, as the Great Pumpkin never came.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
