Answer:  ORGAN-IZED

(Wonderful pun, and a great Jumble!  We do have another new clue word today, in “higher”.  Go get’ em, ralis95!  We have three new jumbles, from what I can see, with only the one for “notch” having been used before.  I struggled to get “garble”.  I didn’t take the time to write out various combinations, though.  I just decided to back into it.  It’s faster.  Fortunately, the entire set up, and the first six letters, made the answer easy enough for me to get.  From that I knew I needed an R, A and E, and that’s when it became un”garble”d!  Despite all that, I still thought it was a great answer letter layout.  The cartoon did a fine job illustrating the gag.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
