Clue/Question:  What the executioner did when he wasn’t working.

Answer:  “HUNG” AROUND

(Interesting scrambling of “banner”.  Other than that, everything kind of jumped off the page for me.  I didn’t get hung up on anything. Kind of a morbid cartoon.  Hangman lounging with a glass of Red Eye, just itching to string someone up.  I kinda think I’d prefer my executioner to be sober, thank you.)   — YUR
