Clue/Question: The detective thought he’d be handling the investigation, but that – – –
Answer: WASN‘T THE CASE
(Hey. I like this! A nice play on words, and a nice follow up to yesterday’s Jumble. There were no new clue words today, but three of the jumbles were new. We’ve definitely seen “aveew” before. They all came to me very quickly though. The answer letter layout was decently cryptic. There was nothing obvious there. The cartoon is fantastic. We have the precinct captain taking a big case away from a detective. While in the background we have the bounty hunter from yesterday, bringing in his prisoner. Nice tie-in, bud. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
