(Wow!  An 18 letter answer.  That’s about as big as they come.  No new clue words today, but every single jumble came up as new!  “HOTFUR” sounds either like a new compound word, or lyrics to a Van Halen song!  The answer letter layout was a master jumble!  I thought that the answer was going to be harder to get, but when I saw that there were two Fs, I knew one of the words was going to be OFF.  Fun cartoon.  My friend, George, who has sold shoes for nearly 40 years, is celebrating his birthday today!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
