Visual Description:  Commuters improvising a passage of Puget Sound.

OTCTNO  =  COTTON,  RESRRO  =  ERRORS,  ANINKP  =  NAPKIN,  PIATCM  =  IMPACT,  NEMTDA  =  TANDEM,  SMICOA  =  MOSAIC   —   Giving us:  TTNRROSNAIMPTTAOSA

Clue/Question:  The sailboat provided this after the ferry was shut down.

Answer:  MAST TRANSPORTATION

(Wow!  18 answer letters!  This might be some kind of record for the longest Jumble answer.  EVERYTHING was scrambled well, today.  Excellent clue words.  And, there was no give away in the answer letters.  This could be the guys’ masterpiece!  I even had to double check myself on “errors”, as they are supposed to stay away from making nouns plural.  But, when you use the word as a verb tense then it is permissible.  I bet a lot of you wordsmiths struggled some getting this one.  Enjoy the day, guys.  Be well and do good.)   —   YUR
