Clue/Question: The U.S. won The America’s Cup thanks to – – –
Answer: GOOD LEADER–SHIP
(I had no trouble with the clue words today, but the answer eluded me for a while. Maybe, it was due to the superior answer letter layout. According to my copy of the ralis95 clue word database “boldly” is a new clue word. It seems very familiar to me, but not with this particular anagram. I was thinking the middle word was SAILOR, but there weren’t enough Os if the first word was GOOD, and not enough Ss if the last word was SHIP. I thought I was having difficulty because I was dehydrated from shoveling too much snow. Maybe I was. Maybe I’m just getting old. Or, maybe this was a tough Jumble for a lot of you guys as well? Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
