Answer:  PRHYME MINISTER

(Ooh!  I like it!  Kinda makes the word PRIME sound like it’s two syllables, but that’s okay.  No new clue words today, however all the jumbles came up as new.  I thought that “vorrfe” was probably the best of them.  “Accept” is another one of those words that spells out in alphabetical order.  Great answer letter layout.  It’s a great jumble that gives away nothing.  Without the cartoon, and it’s dialog, this could be a difficult solve, due to the quoted/hyphenated punny first word.  I guess we’ll just have to see how those without a newspaper do!  Great likeness of Churchill, and the very proper gentleman’s gentleman.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
