Answer:  GET UNDERWAY

(Because, I can’t do a joke about anchors aweigh if they don’t!  Not the best pun, but it will do.  They do mainly operate under water.  None of the clue words are new today, but all of the jumbles came up as new.  None of them stumped me today.  The answer letter layout was probably the best jumble of the day.  The cartoon was fun.  It’s been a while since we’ve had one with the classic sinking sailboat!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
