Clue/Question: They were able to win the hot-air balloon competition because they . . .
Answer: GOT CARRIED AWAY
(Knowing the first word had to be “GOT” helped me figure out the answer, which helped me back into “swayed”. I just couldn’t figure that clue
word out. Maybe, if I had written out all the possible letter combinations, but you guys know how lazy I’ve been lately. Anyway. I had some trouble getting “airing” and “suitor”, but not like “swayed”. Great jumbling and great answer letter layout. A very nice Sunday Jumble. I was kind of surprised we actually got the Sunday paper, with the storm and all. We didn’t get it until early afternoon, but at least we got it. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
