Answer:  MADE MORE MONEY

(I guess this is a doubly stinky pun, as it’s a double entendré . . . sorta.  There’s nothing risqué about either meaning.  Just that by producing more money the workers are earning more money.  Double meaning using the same words.  I can remember – way back – when I was a wage earner, as opposed to a salaried employee.  Time and a half was sweet!  Ah, the good old days!

Great old clue words today!  It’s been a while since we’ve seen some of them.  Three of the jumbles are coming up as new, but we’ve definitely seen “ngrop” before.  The answer letter layout was a thrilling thirteen letter jumble, but the final answer came to me immediately.  Probably because of the layout of the final answer slots.
