Jumble Solved – 06/03/22

Clue/Question:  When the giant Asian bears fought over the last of the bamboo, it was – – –

Answer:  “PANDA–MONIUM“

(Definitely NOT the most original Jumble pun!  But I guess it has been some time since we’ve seen “PANDA-MONIUM”.  I just know that someone will tell us when the guys last gave us this pun.  But nearly everyone loves pandas, so it is a cute pun.

All of the clue words are on the ralis95 clue word database.  However, all of today’s jumbles are coming up as new, for me.  The answer letter layout was a decent eleven letter jumble, but with the cartoon, and the quotation marks and hyphen in the final answer slots, this was really a no-brainer.

For me, the cartoon saved the day!  The two pandas wrestling are probably brothers, and it looks like Mom is trying to break them up.  It’s kinda like fighting over the last dinner roll/biscuit!  But the best part is the panda in the background who wants no part of this.  He’s probably the Dad, and he’s thinking that he’s too old for this stuff, and he’s even seeing if he can slip out the door.  Hilarious!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
