(From alliteration to compound word! Apropos pun. Gr-r-reat cartoon! And, three new clue words! ralis95! You have got some work to do. Mr. Hoyt has seen fit to grace us with 3 new clue words today, with “civic”, “papaya” and “homely”. I was fully expecting “papaya” to be new, but “civic” and “homely” were a little surprising. I didn’t have to back into, or even write out combinations of, “papaya”, but with just three different letters it caused me to look real hard at it. Excellent clue word! The answer letter layout was fairly tricky. It did not give the answer away. It was the splendid cartoon and the clue/question which made the answer pretty much a gimme. At least for those of us who were raised in the USA . . . on Kellogg’s cereals! A very nice way to start the day. I think that might have been one of their slogans! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. Yes, I know Tony was for Frosted Flakes. I was just doing my own bit of alliteration. RIP, Lee Marshall! — YUR
