(Starting off the New Year with a bang . . . and a brand new clue word!  I was a little surprised, but “hubcap” is not on the ralis95 clue word database.  Our good friend will have to update his world famous database for it.  All of today’s jumbles, with the exception of “ludfon”, came up as new.  HUBCAP gave me a tough time, but I was able to come up with it legitimately.  Very impressive answer letter layout.  Nothing obvious about it.  Fairly basic cartoon.  Looks like they have a tough life.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
