(An English born author, who moved to the United States in her early 20’s.  She wrote – among other books – “The American Way of Death”, about the craziness of the American funeral industry.  She was also very concerned with civil rights.  As soon as I saw ‘stand for election’ I just knew we were dealing with a Brit.  This appears to be her first quote at the Cryptoquote.  So, we welcome Jessica Mitford to the Cryptoquote Club today!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
