Answer: HACKER
(Why is it that all these computer nerds live in their mom’s basement??? LOL! These short answers usually aren’t too challenging. There were no new clue words, but the jumbling on all but “knelt” were new to me. I liked the jumblings of “lemur” and “campus” best. Mr. Hoyt seems to have taken a renewed interest in the five letter clue words. They used to be the gimmes, but I’m finding more of them to be a nice little challenge. The answer letter layout was good . . . for a six letter answer. The cartoon is great, with the scruffy guy in a flannel shirt, a box of tissues and bottle of cough syrup next to his keyboard, multiple monitors, and mom with a bowl of – most likely – chicken soup! Not real challenging, but a lot of fun. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
