(Once I got over the fact that the OCC was NOT going to be ALL, ILL, SEE or TOO then I made good progress on this semi-tough cipher.  I guess it also could’ve been BEE, FEE or NEE, and probably more, but I was concentrating on the higher probability quotation type words.  Amusing quote.  And, I prefer the fancier spelling of omelets!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
