Answer:  TIME OFF

(Not bad.  All the clue words were tried and true, but they were jumbled well.  The answer letter layout gave nothing away.  But, the answer itself was fairly obvious.  I might be changing course here, but I think I’m getting tired of the ones that are fill-in-the-blank complete the thought ones.  Usual great Jeff Knurek cartoon!  The clock/time ones seem to be a popular theme for the Jumble.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
