I think the clue words were well scrambled too, but I guess I was just in the zone this morning, as I had no trouble getting any of them. There has long been some debate over which state can rightly claim the Statue of Liberty. It’s in New York Harbor, but proximity-wise it’s closer to New Jersey. There used to be signs and tee shirts that read something like: New Jersey. We Stand Behind The Lady! But, Google and Bing won’t back me up on this. Ff’n figures!
