Answer:  FILL IN FOR HIM

(If you were jonesing for a real stinky pun, today’s Jumble answer is the fix!  If you were ailing, this should put you on the mend.  David L and Jeff K are here to patch things up for us!  A very ful-filling stinky pun to start the work week.

None of today’s clue words qualify as new.  However, three of the jumbles do appear to be new.  We have definitely seen “cilati” before.  And, as I had noted back then, it is merely “italic” written in reverse.  The answer letter layout was a twisty twelve letter jumble.  I thought it was pleasantly cryptic.  I think the clue/question and the final answer letter slots were the biggest clues, for me.

Great cartoon of a room that needs a good amount of attention.  The workmen seem to be well prepared to make the necessary repairs.  A fun Monday Jumble.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
