(NOT a simple solve! But, it kind of seems familiar. Almost like we’ve had this one before. Maybe I just saw it one time when I was looking up other humorous Fred Allen quotes? I don’t know. But, cereals like Shredded Wheat, and plain old Cheerios, are pretty bland. I always preferred Rice Krispies, Puffed Wheat, Corn Flakes, and Raisin Bran. (I suspected the Q was the E, and the E was the L early on, which led me to the author being Fred Allen. But still, this was not an easy solve. Such a funny little quote though, from someone from the 20th Century! Some versions of the quote replace the “my”s with “the”s. The “my”s give it kind of a risque ring to it. Fred Allen was a great radio comedian. He sometimes would dress to look the fool, but he was actually quite intelligent.. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
