(But people are keenly aware of their own feelings! To the detriment of the rest of us. I’m relatively sure that Emily Post is spinning in her grave these days. Generally, I’m comfortable with casual dress being as prevalent as it is, although I do feel that many instances DO still call for a suit and tie. And combed hair, and either a nicely trimmed beard, or being clean shaven. But it irks me to no end to see some men wearing hats indoors . . . in the presence of women! These people have absolutely no couth! And, don’t even get me started on some folks table “manners”. I don’t care if they don’t use the proper utensil – from outside to in – but at least hold it properly. And, chew with your damn mouths closed! LOL! Which, of course, leads to: don’t speak with food in your mouth! We’ve devolved so badly – manners wise – that I can see folks eating from troughs in the near future. End of sermon.
