Answer: BIG APPLE
(Boy, I really had to fight the urge to look at the cartoon first, today! I’m a big fan of the big apes, especially The Kong! But, fight it, I did. We’ll get the kudos to Knurek out of the way first. Loved the cartoon, Jeff. Kong, down on his knees, in order to get to semi-human eye level. The relatively tiny apple in his hand. The environmentally conscious, reusable grocery bag was a nice touch. And, of course, the Empire State Building in the background makes it NYC! Do you folks realize that it took only a year and 54 days to construct!?! Heck, today’s city planners can’t even turn around and fart in that span of time. It just backs up and clouds their thinking. All of the well jumbled clue words were old favorites today. None should have ben too difficult to get. The answer letter layout was great though. Very nicely scrambled. Alright, friends. Be well and do good!) — YUR
