Clue/Question: Three generations knew how to make sweaters by hand in this – – –
Pre-Answer: Two Words “(7-letters)-(4-letters)” (6-letters)
Answer: “CLOTHES–KNIT“ FAMILY
(I struggled some with this one, and I didn’t really solve it myself, so I didn’t have anything clever to impart. It seems like a waste of my time half the time anyway. So, the heck with it.
As mentioned before, “rudely” came up as new, but as it turned out it was used once before on an earlier Sunday Jumble. Ralis95 knows about it now. Five of the jumbles appear to be new, but we’ve definitely seen “cilapd” in the past. None of the six jumbles stumped me. But, the seventeen letter jumble that made up the answer letter layout did stump me. I started out thinking the first word was FASHION. Then, it looks like I actually had CLOSELY-KNIT, but it left me with FHTAIM. Since I wasn’t feeling it, I gave it over to my daughter. I guess she saw KNIT FAMILY, which left her with CETOHSL. From there she saw CLOTHES. Good one.
Nice cartoon of a warm and cozy family scene. Heart warming. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
