(Nice homophonic/heterographic pun!  I don’t have the mental toughness to even seriously consider competing in a triathlon.  I’m pretty much a couch-potato.  Very sad. 

The clue words were jumbled very well.  Two brand new clue words, today!  ralis95 will be adding both “rigid” and “regret” to the clue word database.  Answer letter layout was alright.  I woulda swapped “avoid” and “rigid”, but that’s just me.  The cartoon and the clue/question tell you everything you need to know.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
