(I think the guys pulled this one out of the Classics vault! If you were to cut this stinky pun down you would see as many rings as there are in a Giant Redwood. No new clue words today, but three of the jumbles came up as new. We’ve definitely seen “dihned” before. “Cinew” looked familiar, but I didn’t have it in my Tags. Now I do. The answer letter layout was pretty good, but it’s kind of hard to hide certain answers. The cartoon and its dialog did a great job of setting the answer up! Training your kids to eat out, at a nice restaurant, starts at home. After that, you have to frame the event as being “a treat”, and that they have to be on their best behavior. Too many parents today refuse to set any kind of boundaries with their kids, fearing that they’re going to stunt their “creativity” and cause lifelong “resentment”. Utter nonsense. Rules and boundaries, learned at home, prepare children for living in a civil society. It takes some effort and discipline . . . on the parents’ part. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
