(I guess I haven’t quite reached that stage! Even though his work led to the theory of evolution, Darwin could not escape the prevailing societal norms of sinning in one’s heart. Thoughts can, and often do, lead to actions, so we do have to exercise a certain amount of caution. But, it’s certainly no foregone conclusion. But, then again . . . I’m such an animal!
