Clue/Question:  If Marco Polo had needed money for his journey, he could have raised . . .

Answer:  ADVENTURE CAPITAL

(From all the desperate cries for this spoiler, I’m guessing that some of you had trouble with this.  It couldn’t have been the clue words, because they were all old favorites.  It must have been the answer letter layout that threw you.  Hoyt did a great job on it.  And, it was a clever pun!  Jeff’s cartoon gave you a bit of a clue, with all the money on the table.  All around, a pretty good puzzle.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
