Answer:  SIGHT FOR “SOAR“ EYES

(A great, momentous stinky pun!  Maybe, this will be the first in a series of Jumbles to commemorate the 50th anniversary of man landing on the moon?  Sort of a precursor to:  “The eagle has landed.”  It’s a big “maybe”, but knowing how the guys like acknowledging historic events, I wouldn’t put it past them.

All of today’s clue words are familiar old friends.  That’s why ralis95‘s name is NOT in the title line today!  He can enjoy a nice relaxing Sunday, without having to update his world famous database.  All of the jumbles came up as new.  A couple of them gave me pause.  It was a brief pause for “hungeo”, but “baliuf” gave me fits.  And, I nearly had to back into it, but I finally saw it after playing around with FABULI.  A little ironic, considering I once broke my left “fibula”.  The answer letter layout was a very impressive sixteen letter jumble.  If the entire setup didn’t clue you into the final answer, this massive jumble would have been tough to crack.

Fine cartoon of eagles in their aerie, looking up at their son’s first flight.  The dad looks as proud as a peacock!  And, mom’s “Oh, my” look is priceless.  I like how Jeff made her feminine, with the eyelash treatment, and tufts of feathers to look like more hair.  A fine Sunday Jumble.  And, maybe the start of something bigger???  We’ll see.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
