(This is one of those maddening Jumbles. Dude! You’d have to be born on some other planet not to know that you don’t talk to a horse that way! It’s like those annoying – generally new – mothers who overly explain why something is “wrong” to their young toddlers. Yeesh! All they’re really hearing, especially if it’s not backed up with a stern face and tone, is blah blah blah blah blah! No matter what language you speak, short emphatic words get the point across much more effectively. Eventually, the kid will respond to reason and logic, but like with a very young child you have to keep it simple with a horse. But, I love the cartoon! I like the hansom carriage rides. I love horses. I like and respect PETA, but I often think they go a little too far. I can understand it if some of their more outrageous demands are more of a negotiations ploy, but I think, by and large, some of their stances just alienate more people than they realize.
No new clue words, today! I was thinking “moolah” might be, but no. Every clue word was jumbled well, but I didn’t have to struggle with any of them. The answer letter layout was great. Cute cartoon. Be well, do good and be reasonable . . . within reason, people.) — YUR
