(. . . is a family with dogs!  Okay, I guess this is only a semi-stinky pun.  I pet-agree with this whole premise.  I’ve had a good number of dogs in my life, but the best, total package dog;  looks-wise, friendliness, intelligence, entertaining and loyalty was my Golden Retriever, Ginger.  She was a big mushy baby!  Her only real problem was that she had a very low tolerance for other dogs.  LOL!  More often than not she would get downright vicious with them.  Especially if the dogs showed any aggression.  There were a few neighbor dogs that she’d remain calm with, but mostly she was ready to do battle!  And I only saw her get hostile with one human, and that’s because this dude was full of rage, and she was trying to protect me.  Other than that she loved everyone.

All of today’s clue words are on the ralis95 clue word database.  Two of the jumbles have come up as new, but we’ve definitely seen “metop” and “kereau” in previous jumbles.  The answer letter layout was a nifty nine letter jumble.  Craftily cryptic.  The final answer wasn’t really obvious, but it wasn’t super difficult either.

Great family scene, with the ladies, their children, and the Goldens.  Those dogs will treat those kids as if they were their own puppies.  These full size dogs take up a lot more space than the ones that Jeff usually draws!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
